We are seeking voice actors for the audiobook version of Michael Michel's "Dreams of Dust and Steel Book 1: The Price of Power." This narrative unfolds in a fantasy realm of swords and sorcery reminiscent of Game of Thrones and delves into profound themes such as self-doubt, guilt, and sacrifice.

We are an Australian based company but happy to work with UK talent. All sessions will be done online and recorded from your home studio.

Records remotely.
Production has scheduled the recordings to start late March. 1 hour directed session for Unique Voices, then self-directed sessions (min 2 takes) will be required.

This role will require a good vocal range and different voice types. This role includes Lairton to Onai Saud as well as some semi-major characters.

Minor roles include:

- Knight of Jarik; Anjuk Accent
- Drunk.

Semi major characters include:

Character 01 – Lairton (268) – 30s – Medieval English known as Common accent – Sheriff of Digtown. More of a greyzone sheriff. Asskisser to high class.
Character 02 – Onai Saud (173) – 50s – Medieval English known as Common accent – Lord of a big keep. Noble/upperclass way of speaking. Condescending.
Character 03 – Gestryn Narl – teen – Subtle Icelandic accent referred to as Anjuhk – aka Sweet Ges. Young Lord of Prav. Psycho. Tortures animals.

Audition line directions:
1. In this moment, Lairton is under duress, forced to talk.
2. In this scene, Onai Saud is over hearing poetry and quiet sarcastic about it.
3. Gestryn Narl is arguing with another teenage boy, insulting him.

Audition lines:
1. Lairton: Yes, yes, I know who you meant. I just forgot for a second. Ah… This thing’s killing me.
2. Onai Saud: Oh my. Another original masterpiece from the great rhyme lord himself. Let’s see if you recall my choice words for you.
3. Gestryn Narl: You can’t help your traitor’s blood can you?
