This is a project for a major Bank and shines a light on a Coach's influence; both on and beyond the pitch.
In the film we see a grassroots football coach delivering a half-time script to her team but we see how her words travel far beyond the pitch and deep into the lives of those she and coaches like her have helped.
Everything here needs to feel authentic – lived in as if we found these people in a real moment of time...a sense of grit, a sense of something alive in the evening air and within that the people we put on screen are at the heart of this film.
We're looking for people who have a bit of attitude and light in them; each of them immediately relatable.

We see Ryan and Jo leaving the locker rooms after playing in their individual football matches - they are wearing muddy kit, slinging bags of kit or balls over their shoulders.
They have tidied the locker room spotless – collecting bottles, brushing down surfaces and bagging spare bibs – Ryan strains as he attempts to lug out the team’s huge kit bags and net of match balls.
They might not look like natural athletes, just a couple of kids - maybe a goofy hair style, maybe tall and lanky. - Salary
