This is a project for a major Bank and shines a light on a Coach's influence; both on and beyond the pitch.

In the film we see a grassroots football coach delivering a half-time script to her team but we see how her words travel far beyond the pitch and deep into the lives of those she and coaches like her have helped.

Everything here needs to feel authentic – lived in as if we found these people in a real moment of time...a sense of grit, a sense of something alive in the evening air and within that the people we put on screen are at the heart of this film.

We're looking for people who have a bit of attitude and light in them; each of them immediately relatable.

Poppy - A kid revising - age 16-18 (must be over licensing age)

She’s arrived in adolescence, realising she has to start to fend for herself a little more. She doesn’t care how she looks - Life is so busy at home for her right now that she often doesn’t have time to give to herself. Her mocks are in three weeks. She hasn’t told anyone how much is riding on them, or how little sleep she’s running on.

We are in a cramped, bustling, loud kitchen. Busy family life spilling from every surface.

Poppy sits at the kitchen table amid a chaos of revision notes as her many siblings — dash around, shouting and clattering.

Poppy stacks their plates without being asked, passes them to her mum at the sink, and pulls her book closer.

She reads. Then yawns — long, helpless, honest.

Her Dad passes and squeezes her shoulder. Leaves her to it.
