Although this is a casting for a Xmas commercial for a shopping centre in Manchester, we are filming in a studio in East London so are looking for London (South-East) based talent only.


It will only be shown in the Greater Manchester area and will be aired for less than 2 months.

It is a quirky, fun Christmas ad that subverts traditional Christmas stereotypes. We will be showing 3 different Christmas scenes in 3 homes next door to each other. Each scene shows an extraordinary event take place within a traditional setting.

She’s sat for Christmas dinner, staring at a long distant relative who looks identical to Santa. In awe, the girl can’t take their eyes off the relative, even as the relative dishes up Christmas dinner.

Her expression must almost feel as if it’s been held for minutes, rather than a wide-eyed shock, it’s at a point where the expression is starting to drop a little (like holding a smile for too long waiting for a picture to be taken).

Looking for strong facial expressions

A parent or guardian must be available for the shoot and licensing process.
