Traits: A couple caught off guard by bad weather at home. The comedy comes from the situation, not the performance — blank, slightly stunned faces, one step behind the problem. Play it completely straight.

Self-Tape Instructions:
Slate: Name, age, height, city, agency (if any).

Self-Tape 1 — The Scene: Run into frame carrying a bucket. Stop. Look left, look right, completely confused about which problem is worse. Change direction. Change direction again. Put the bucket down somewhere, then hurry off to close a window or grab a cloth. Keep moving, keep being one step behind it. Feel free to swap in your own version: two buckets at once, an armful of towels, whatever you'd actually be doing. Framing: full body.

Self-Tape 2 — Range: Shut a window against a storm, wedge a towel along the sill, step back and look at it. You already know it isn't going to be enough. If you can, shoot this one as a window POV: put the camera where the window is, looking back at you, as if the lens is the glass itself. When you press the towel into place, let it cover the lens completely and go to black. Framing: waist up.
