Traits: Homey, grounded, accomplished. Warm and capable, with a calm, centred presence. Comfort with yoga (or your own equivalent movement practice) is required — controlled breathing is the key to this role.

Self-Tape 1 — The Scene: You're at the very end of an evening yoga practice at home. We'd like to see Extended Side Angle (Utthita Parsvakonasana): front knee bent, forearm resting on the front thigh, top arm reaching over the ear. Hold it and breathe — long inhale, longer controlled exhale. Ten to fifteen seconds. Then come up out of it and stand tall, feet wide, sweeping the arms overhead with the palms together, and take one last full breath in and out. If you have your own closing sequence, we'd love to see it — we want a sense of how you move; the one thing we need to see is the breathing. Then, mid-breath, you hear a small sound from the next room. A baby stirring. Open your eyes. Listen. Get up and go. Framing: wide enough to see your whole body.

Self-Tape 2 — Range: Pick up a rolled towel or blanket as if it were a sleeping newborn and settle it against your shoulder without waking it. Take your time. Look down at the baby. Then look up at your partner or older child across the room, share something with them without a word, and look back down at the baby. Framing: waist up.

Props and Wardrobe (suggestion only): A mat, comfortable clothes, hair tied back, a mug of tea going cold nearby.
