No Second Chances (Online Commercial)

Commercial (TV, Online, Still) Nottingham Apply by 15th October 2026, 17:00
Content
We are casting for two short films for a rail company.

Both films deal with the issue of Level Crossing Safety and are specifically aimed at Under 16’s.

In both films we see Point-of-View content from unseen lads on their smart phones.

In one film we see a girl (Elle) showing off her new, extremely cute puppy. As the film unfolds we discover that we are actually watching a video call with her boyfriend, Jacob, through his eyes. Jacob is walking through a level crossing, absorbed in the conversation.

In the other film a group of friends are filming what feels like ordinary social content and we see two talented lads on bikes doing bunny hops, wheelies and other bike stunts on a level crossing being filmed and directed by their friend.

Content
We are looking for two teenage boys who are genuinely accomplished stunt cyclists and can confidently perform bike tricks under the direction of our stunt and safety teams.

Authentic ability on the bike is essential: the film must look like real social content made by teenagers who really do this stuff, and who you would want to watch do this stuff.

They also need enough acting ability to interact naturally with the third boy behind the camera.

The boys are likeable, but laddish, cocky and confident, with the easy competitiveness of mates showing off for each other. We want charm and cheek rather than aggression or unlikeability.
The two boys on the bikes are good and they know it. Their confidence should come from genuine ability rather than performed swagger. It should feel like all three have done similar films like this a million times before.

Safety is paramount for the cyclists. Performers must repeat agreed tricks consistently, take direction and work within tightly controlled stunt parameters.

NB: We are looking for suggestions who are with an LEA that can turn around the child licence applications (if required) quickly.
*Shooting in the Nottingham area so someone East Midlands / Midlands based would be beneficial.*

Production can provide bike if required but if riders would prefer their own bike we are open to this and will cover transport.
