Haunted is based on the popular audio drama series which is currently nearing the end of its third season. We are currently casting for actors to take part in a cold open scene at the top of the movie. The scene is designed to be evocative of cheesy 1980s slasher movies so relies on recognisable character types and has a slightly over-the-top style of acting.

We will be asking candidates to do a short self-tape audition if they are interested in the role.

We are casting a young, glamorous woman with a confident, playful personality and a strong screen presence. The film opens with a parody of the classic slasher film where Nancy and her boyfriend Glenn fall victim to the Sackface Killer.
We're looking for a "prom queen/cheerleader" archetype. She is attractive, fashion-conscious and knows how to command attention. The character has the heightened, slightly tongue-in-cheek quality associated with classic slasher films, while still feeling like a believable contemporary young woman.
We're looking for someone who can play confident, flirtatious and fun, with good comic/horror timing and the ability to react naturally to increasingly frightening situations.

We will be asking applicants to complete a short self-tape audition for the role.
