Owen (27) is a young comedian who has recently returned to London after spending time away.

Quick-witted, playful and socially instinctive, he has an ability to turn almost any situation into a joke. His humour is both his charm and his defence mechanism. He rarely allows a moment of discomfort to exist without trying to puncture it.
The bunny costume he wears exaggerates this contradiction. On stage, Owen is literally hidden behind a face that is permanently smiling. The costume gives him freedom to perform, observe and provoke while keeping his own expression invisible.
With Kit, however, that armour begins to become less effective.
Owen appears comfortable with their closeness, but there is a sense that he is constantly testing how far he can go before the relationship becomes explicit. His jokes often contain truths that he immediately disguises as jokes.
