We are casting talented, confident and engaging performers for a series of immersive murder mystery weekend productions.

These productions combine scripted drama, character interaction, comedy and audience participation, with performers bringing larger-than-life characters and gripping mysteries to life across a full weekend experience.

We are looking for actors who are comfortable performing to an audience, improvising, interacting in character and working as part of an ensemble. Strong characterisation, comic timing and the ability to think on your feet are particularly valued.

The productions take place in hotel and event settings, with performances taking place throughout the weekend. Actors should be confident maintaining character both during formal performances and in more informal, interactive moments with guests.

Ideal performers:

• Strong acting and characterisation skills

• Confident, outgoing and personable

• Comfortable with audience interaction and improvisation

• Good comic timing and stage presence

• Reliable, professional and able to work collaboratively

• Experience in immersive theatre, murder mystery, dinner theatre or interactive performance is welcomed but not essential

This is an exciting opportunity for performers who enjoy character-driven comedy, live theatre and creating memorable experiences for an audience.

Fee is set at £250 for the weekend. Total hours 16.

Travel, shared accomodation (2 persons to a room) & half board meals are included.

Paid rehearsal in Liverpool at NMW for 2 hours.

Ronnie Flynn is the charming, confident original member of the band and the father of its manager. He has spent years building a relationship with the fans and absolutely loves being adored. To Ronnie, success isn't simply about the music it's about attention, admiration and knowing that people want to be around him.

Outwardly, Ronnie is charismatic, warm and effortlessly charming. He knows how to work a room and how to make an audience feel special. Behind the scenes, however, a very different side emerges. He can be rude, impatient and dismissive of those around him, particularly when things aren't going his way.

Ronnie desperately needs the band's comeback tour to succeed and is prepared to push boundaries to make sure it does.

Seeking: A confident performer with strong stage presence, natural charm and excellent comic timing. The role requires an actor who can convincingly switch between Ronnie's public persona and his more abrasive private personality. Strong audience interaction and improvisation skills are highly desirable.

Salary

Set fee of £250 for the weekend. Total 7 scripted scenes (Max 15 minutes) and each performer will do 4 improvised questionings (30 mins) Travel Friday - Rehearsal & scene 1 evening. Saturday - Improvisation questioning, scene 2, scene 3, Improv questioning & evening scene 4. Sunday is a repeat of Saturday. Travel, shared accommodation with one other and half board meals provided. Total hours 16.
