Project Overview: We're filming a series of street-style interviews for the UK's top fresh dog food brand, featuring genuine dog owners with their pets. You'll be assigned a specific persona and receive all necessary materials—your character brief, scripts, and key points—before the shoot. We ask that you memorize these to ensure a natural performance, rather than reading from a script.

Filming Details: The shoot will take about 45 minutes and will include you and your dog. A presenter will guide you through a sequence including an introduction, some trivia, several questions, and a product pitch. Your role is to deliver your persona's lines convincingly, as if they are your own thoughts.

Casting Rationale: Our approach hinges on authenticity; the success of this project depends on it feeling genuine rather than like a commercial. We are looking for individuals who can embody a persona, deliver scripted lines naturally, and maintain a real connection with their dog on camera. The self-tape audition gives us a glimpse into how well you can achieve this.

Who we're looking for. A woman, 55 to 68, an empty nester or a deeply devoted single dog owner. She lives rural or semi-rural, or has a strong lifestyle identity: equestrian, farming, countryside, outdoors. Considered, warm, unhurried, quietly certain about how she does things. Her dog is family.

The dog. A working or country breed, well-trained and dignified: Labrador, Springer or Cocker Spaniel, Border Collie, Lurcher, gundog, German Shepherd, terrier. A mature dog is welcome. No flat faces.
