Casting Call: Seeking three women to engage in a heartfelt discussion on their unique journeys with weight fluctuations and health challenges. Participants will be guided on key themes but should draw heavily from their personal stories for a genuine and relatable dialogue.

Concepts:
- Morning: Facilitating a structured roundtable conversation
- Afternoon: Producing user-generated content style advertisements featuring just two actors

Character Profiles:
1. Emotional Eater
A woman in her mid-30s to mid-40s, exuding warmth and self-awareness. She grapples with mental chatter around food and the stress-eating cycle, finding herself exhausted from continuously knowing but not acting.

2. Biological Struggler
A composed woman over 40 who is quietly weary of skepticism toward her struggles. She harbors contained frustration, dealing with perimenopause, thyroid issues, or PCOS. Often mischaracterized as lacking willpower, whereas her body has its own narrative.

3. The Boomerang
In her 40s, she is a woman who has experienced disappointment and is skeptical of quick fixes after repeated weight loss and regain. She wrestles with the fear of being perceived as a failure and the challenge of starting over, where the echoes of shame are most potent.

- In the morning we are aiming to create a guided roundtable discussion regarding women’s experiences with weight gain/ loss and health conditions. In this roundtable we aim to have 3 different personas/ angles as mentioned below, however personal experience will be really valuable.
- In the afternoon we will then be creating UGC style ads.

Requirements:

- Experience with one or more of the following
- Weight loss/ weight gain
- Weight loss medication
- Struggles with body image
- Women’s health issues
- Comfortable in telling your own story and understanding the persona/ angle we have in mind and able to ad lib, improvise, confidently conversational

Persona:
40+, Composed, quietly tired of not being believed. Contained frustration. Experience with perimenopause, thyroid, PCOS

Story:
Being told it is a willpower issue when her body chose something she did not, the years of being dismissed
