[MR.] Man; 60 to 80 years old; Black. Mr. finds deep joy in the small things; the garage setup, the six screens, the perfectly placed bobblehead. He is genuinely excited about life. About game day. The Nutty Professor energy is real; enthusiastic, a little all over the place, completely lovable, but underneath all of it is a man who is deliberate, deeply knowledgeable, and always right when it counts. The kind of voice that takes its time because it knows the destination is worth the wait. Laughs at his own jokes… genuinely, not performatively. If possible, a subtle accent, but not too heavy, from the Carolinas. Reference Energy: James Earl Jones meets Nutty Professor warmth with deliberate authority. SPEAKING ROLE. The actor chosen will need to be available to also be a spokesperson at events/ games. So being a sports fan/ enthusiast is a huge plus but not necessary.
