We are looking for a British woman, early 50s, who reads as intelligent, measured, and quietly authoritative. She should feel like someone whose opinion you'd seek out - a part-time consultant, a person who reads the small print, someone who doesn't recommend things lightly. She should not be warm in a broad way. Her warmth is specific and earned. Think the friend in your group whose approval means something because she doesn't give it easily.
