We are looking for a British woman, late 30s to mid 40s, who reads as genuinely curious, naturally likeable, and completely unpresenter-y. They should feel like someone who got this job because they're good at talking to people, not because they look good on camera. The kind of person a stranger on a high street would actually stop and talk to.

Ethnicity open. No strong regional accent required but a hint of regionality is a positive not a negative. Avoid anyone who reads as polished, presenting, or ad-adjacent in any way. If they look like they've done presenting work before and it shows, they're wrong for this.
