Hello! We’re the team for Fractured, a brand new play (and Edinburgh Fringe debut) for Bill Cashmore award winning writer Shona Graham.
The play is a 4 hander with multi roling. The part of Eva has already been cast, so we are looking for actors to play Rob/Hal, Paul/Hal, Talia/Mum.
We have an official partnership with the charity Mind. We’re crowdfunding to cover design costs and venue rental.
We’d love to work with actors with bases in London and Edinburgh, or London based actors who are already in Edinburgh for the festival, but looking to get involved in another project while they’re up. - Dates

Mum loves putting a lid on things, physically and metaphorically. Harried; fixed; a worrier. Mum has gotten so used to being in charge and shouldering everyone else's problems that she has a desensitised, grimly practical quality about her. The physical embodiment of 'Keep Calm and Carry On' but struggling quite hard with both. She's lost her husband to suicide and both her children to their collective failure to recover from the loss. Mum is absolutely where Eva inherited the idea that if you stay busy enough, you don't have to face anything that's happened to you.
Talia is a whip-smart career barrister with a penchant for digging to absolute truth. Professional; analytical; empathic; likeable. Talia had her pick of career paths after acing academia, and opted to combine her twin loves of rules and strategic thinking and lend her voice to the carrying out of justice. Talia tries to maintain professional distance from her cases and rescind judgement, but finds that increasingly difficult over time, especially in cases like Eva's. Talia pours all her time, energy and focus into her career, meaning that the court becomes an expression of her life's work: a good day is a great day - a bad one is unthinkable. - Salary
