Hello! We’re the team for Fractured, a brand new play (and Edinburgh Fringe debut) for Bill Cashmore award winning writer Shona Graham.
The play is a 4 hander with multi roling. The part of Eva has already been cast, so we are looking for actors to play Rob/Hal, Paul/Hal, Talia/Mum.
We have an official partnership with the charity Mind. We’re crowdfunding to cover design costs and venue rental.
We’d love to work with actors with bases in London and Edinburgh, or London based actors who are already in Edinburgh for the festival, but looking to get involved in another project while they’re up. - Dates

Paul is that guy you meet at a festival who gifts you an impromptu love song on his guitar. Paul is an old-school hippie who has lived in basically any container that will house him and moves: a camper, a canal boat, a car with a tent box. A massive extrovert, Paul collects an assortment of people drawn to his laissez-faire attitude, including initially Rob and, later, his sister Eva. Despite his chill vibes (or perhaps as part of them) Paul is a very sensitive soul, feeling the pain of others deeply. He’s really close with his parents and his two younger sisters.
Hal is a criminal psychologist 30 years into his career, Hal could diagnose a patient in his sleep (and possibly has). Whilst he maintains a fascination with the human condition, Hal is assured enough in his competence at his job to give his clients space to reveal themselves fully. Hal has a very pleasant life that involves open water, going for lunch with his grown-up kids and dreaming about retiring in five years. Hal has empathy for Eva, the same as he does with everyone he works with, but has spent so much time on the job that she’s more like a sweet and interesting zoo animal. - Salary
