Late 40s of mixed ethnicity, Josephine is survivor of a superstorm (think, Superstorm Sandy in 2012 or Hurricane Katrina in 2005). She has recently arrived in a disaster recovery center. She's alone, having been evacuated from her apartment and separated from her sister. She's overwhelmed and clearly stressed. She's sitting alone in a chair against the wall, arms crossed, eyes down.
