warmth. The ideal talent will deliver a melodious performance with dynamic range and
authentic Irish inflection—someone who sounds reliable and well-spoken, conveying
sincerity and trustworthiness while maintaining an uplifting, confident tone. The delivery
should be concise and articulate without feeling rushed or overly formal. We're after a
contemporary Dublin sound that feels grounded and genuine, with the depth and
richness that makes listeners feel they're in capable, trustworthy hands.
