The ideal candidate will deliver a casual, friendly performance with dynamic energy and authentic MLE inflection. We’re after someone whose voice has genuine vibrancy and characte, a contemporary sound reflecting multicultural London influences, delivered with a confident, warm, and approachable tone. Think delivery styles similar to Stormzy, Michaela Coel, or Mo Gilligan – natural and conversational, with genuine energy while remaining accessible and engaging.
