Content

Seeking actors for two female roles in a Proof of Concept for a television pilot.

The story centers on Faith, a bi-racial (Black-Korean) adoptee, who uncovers a photograph revealing the existence of two sisters she never knew she had. This revelation propels Faith on a quest to reunite with her lost siblings and rediscover her cultural roots, as well as to navigate her marriage and personal identity. The narrative addresses the feelings of alienation experienced by many Korean adoptees who are separated from their homeland, and explores the psychological impact on their ability to accept and find happiness within their adoptive culture.
