We are casting for our upcoming Christmas short film, The Nativity.

A heartwarming and emotional story exploring the special bond between a young boy, his mum and his grandma.

Filled with warmth, humour and touching moments, the film celebrates family, love and the true spirit of Christmas.

Grandma is the warm, affectionate heart of the family. She shares a wonderful bond with her grandson Charlie, regularly looking after him while his mum is working.

From helping him learn his Nativity lines to making his Joseph costume, Grandma is his biggest supporter. She's naturally funny, full of character and always knows how to put a smile on his face.

We're looking for an actress with a warm screen presence, excellent comedic timing and the ability to convey genuine emotion through small, natural interactions.

Performance requirements:
- Strong naturalistic acting ability.
- Natural warmth, charm and gentle humour.
- Comfortable working closely with a young child actor.
- Ability to deliver a heartfelt, understated performance.

Salary

The payment for the role of Grandma will be £250 per day as well as travel expenses.
