We are seeking a Team Leader for our Christmas grotto. Each year, Great Grottos hires and trains hundreds of Santas and Elves to bring magic to our Christmas Grottos and distribute gifts to children.
- Dates
- Grotto launches in November and runs to Dec 24th. A training day occurs at the Grotto for the full team. Team leaders must be available 5 days per week 3 of which must be Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a confident & friendly Team Leader to oversee Santa, his Elves, and the smooth running of our Grotto.
• Demonstrating excellent customer interaction
• Ensuring families enjoy their magical Santa visit
• Selling souvenir Santa photos at the counter
• Supporting your team
• Resolving issues families may have with their visit
Daily Tasks:
• Open & close the Grotto
• Restock Santa’s sacks
• Bank once a week
• Notify your head office Event Manager your staff have arrived
