We are looking for a grounded, naturalistic actor to play a taxi driver experiencing the frustrations and challenges of a long shift. The performance is subtle and largely reaction-based, requiring an actor who can communicate tiredness, patience, frustration and resilience through small expressions and body language. There is also a more tender moment when he speaks to his young daughter on the phone, so emotional warmth and understated performance are important.
