Join the UK’s leading Christmas Grotto company as a Team Leader. And help create unforgettable festive experiences for families visiting Santa!

Location: White Rose shopping centre, Leeds

Management experience is not essential. Full training is provided.
Availability:
• Sat & Sun availability essential
• Weekends in Nov
• 5-6 days per week in Dec

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a confident & friendly Team Leader to oversee Santa, his Elves, and the smooth running of our Grotto.
• Demonstrating excellent customer interaction
• Ensuring families enjoy their magical Santa visit
• Selling souvenir Santa photos at the counter
• Supporting your team
• Resolving issues families may have with their visit

Daily Tasks:
• Open & close the Grotto
• Restock Santa’s sacks
• Bank once a week
• Notify your head office Event Manager your staff have arrived

Salary

You can be PAYE or Self-Employed. Wages are paid every two weeks. Wages are hourly at £13 per hour.
