RWS Global are seeking talented local performers to the parks to join our exciting seasonal entertainment team.

We are casting a range of roles across our Christmas offerings, including Christmas Elves and Father Christmases.
We’re looking for confident, engaging performers who can bring characters to life and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Whether you’re an experienced performer or are wanting to try something new for the busy seasons, we’d love to hear from you.

Local performers or performers willing to travel are particularly encouraged to apply. (There is no accommodation provided)

Our Elves are the heart of the Christmas experience - playful, energetic, and full of holiday spirit. Ideal candidates will be confident performers who can interact with guests of all ages, assist Father Christmas, and help create unforgettable memories.

Key Attributes:

Strong improvisation and interaction skills
Comfortable engaging with children and families
Able to support Father Christmas and help create a magical experience

Roles available at Chessington World of Adventures and Legoland Windsor
Performers must be local/able to travel to the park as we don't provide accommodation, at this time, for this location.

Salary

Wage for rehearsals and live contract dates: (Dependent on role and responsibilities of your character): Pre show elf - £110 per day (Chessington only) Grotto elf - £12.71 per hour (Up to 8 hrs per day for both roles)
