I’m putting together a small team for an upcoming short film project planned to shoot in October.
The project will be shot live-action first, with the final product being developed into an animated film. The live-action footage will serve as the foundation for the animation, so the performances will focus heavily on body movement, physical acting, and facial expressions.
There will be no dialogue in the film.
Director of Photography (DOP)
Rate: $200 for the day
Responsible for camera operation and lighting
Camera and lighting equipment required
Female Actor / Dancer
Rate: $100
Must have experience with ballet/dance and acting
Looking for someone who is highly comfortable expressing emotions through movement, physical performance, and facial expressions
Strong dance and acting ability preferred
Male Actor
Rate: $30
Must be at least 6'0"
No dialogue required
Performance will primarily involve body movement and facial expressions
The shoot is currently planned for October, with the exact date and location to be confirmed.
Shoot duration: Approximately 7 hours, with a maximum of 10 hours
