Casting for a highly immersive Victorian-themed performance featuring two actors. You must be confident with ad-libbing, interacting with the audience and drawing in a crowd, particularly in the lead-up to the scripted performance. You will then engage with guests for photos and meet & greets throughout the event. Head mics and a PA system will be provided, so you must be confident projecting your voice clearly without shouting.
The event will take place outdoors, so you must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment. - Dates

1 x 60min briefing date (zoom) ahead of the event dependant upon availabilities

This actor must be able to perform in RP english
The performance will run from 11am–3pm, with approximately 40 minutes of performance time per hour, split into:
4 x 10-minute sets per hour repeated (40 /45 minute shift) 15 minute break each hour
Each set includes a 4-minute scripted performance about Mr Shaftesbury
Followed by 6 minutes of photos and meet & greet with guests
Crowd Interaction: The performer must be confident reading the crowd and using their judgement during meet & greets. If there is a large queue or strong guest engagement, they should continue interacting beyond the allocated 6 minutes rather than cutting the interaction short. This may mean a later set is slightly shorter to balance the overall performance time.
