As a Bell Person, you’ll be one of the friendly faces helping to bring the Grotto experience to life. You’ll be fully in character and provided with a complete costume, so you’ll look and feel the part from the moment you arrive.

This is a fun, lively role that involves interacting with guests of all ages, welcoming families, chatting with children, helping create excitement and atmosphere, and making sure every guest feels part of the magic. You’ll need to be confident, approachable and happy to engage with people, whether that’s a quick bit of character interaction, helping a child feel comfortable or simply adding some festive fun to their visit.

No two groups will be the same, so being able to think on your feet and stay in character is important. We’re looking for people who are enthusiastic, friendly and naturally enjoy entertaining others.

Previous acting or performance experience is great, but personality, confidence and a willingness to get involved are just as important.
