Role to perform a character for a new YouTube channel. The character already has a defined look and voice from the early videos, and I’m now looking for someone who can take over the role and bring her to life on camera.

This is a self-record role, delivering the script to camera, in character. Initially four videos, with each script approx. 650 words. Potential to be ongoing and fully collaborative.

Each video mixes puzzles, questions, and quick facts. To see the tone and existing appearance and voice, here’s an example of a finished video:

She speaks with a relaxed, conversational London / South East English accent. Articulate but informal, e.g. occasionally dropping Ts. Ideally, you’ll be able to match the character’s existing voice as closely as possible, along with a relatively similar facial appearance (see linked video).

She’s sharp, observant, and grounded. Her humour comes from what she notices or her wry comments. There’s a dry, instinctive streak of sass when something is illogical or absurd, but it’s natural and not performed.

Salary

This is a new project launched with the hope of it becoming successful enough to bring in revenue. Any revenue earned from the videos will be shared with the talent.
