We are seeking a female/femme-presenting person of color to portray a male character in a drag-style role for a short video art project. The filming is scheduled to take place in London at the end of September or early October.

The project includes delivering two monologues that will be filmed multiple times in various locations around East London.

The commitment involves one day shoot, one night session, and a paid rehearsal period. Costumes will be provided.

"Harold" S is a drag king pretending to be an East End gangster.

The role is a lot more interesting than it sounds. The piece is broadly speaking about gentrification, Thatcherism, and why artists and anyone else can barely afford to live in London.

Playing age should be somewhere between 21-36
