We are seeking enthusiastic and personable actors for the production of "Dick Whittington and His Cat." Teams of three will perform between one to three shows daily, five to six days a week, over a period of approximately three to four and a half weeks. Performances will take place either in London and its nearby counties or nationwide in schools.

Entering our 16th year, our guiding principle is simple: fun. We aim for our cast to enjoy the experience just as much as the children will delight in the performance.

Actors based in London should reside within or near the city. Touring teams will be provided with individual accommodations at Premier Inn/Travelodge and receive an additional £10 per day for meals.

Compensation:
- Performance days: £137 including holiday pay
- Rehearsal days: £114 including holiday pay
- Payment will be issued before Christmas.

Auditions are scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd or Friday, September 4th. Rehearsals will be held in London.

Dame Fitzwarren/Tommy the Cat

Dame Fitzwarren is the classic panto dame and a wonderfully questionable mother. She is silly, cheeky and gloriously awful, with great comic timing, plenty of fun one-liners and a love of playing around with both the audience and the other characters.
The performer will also double as Tommy the Cat, who is playful, physical and full of personality. We are looking for someone with strong comedy skills, lots of energy and the confidence to really engage with an audience.
Note: We are looking for drivers, with one driver required per team, so being able to drive is a plus but not a necessity. We hire cars for the tour, although we can also pay to use your own vehicle if preferred.
£137 per performance day, including holiday pay. All performers will be paid before Christmas.
Those staying at home will need to be London based. When staying away, you will have your own room in either a Premier Inn or Travelodge, plus £10 per day towards food.
