Bright, outgoing and strangely perceptive. Atlas is an outgoing 10-year-old girl who has been able to influence the thoughts and actions of those around her since before she could speak. Controlling others is second nature to her, almost as natural as breathing, leaving her with a limited understanding of the importance of free will. When her mother died, Atlas lost the only person she couldn’t control - and the only person who truly understood her. Now she is extraordinarily powerful but profoundly lonely as a child.

Casting Note: We strongly encourage submissions from young wheelchair users. We are considering both wheelchair users and non-wheelchair users for the role.

This is a horror film set in the present day and contains moments of violence, adult language and mature themes. Atlas is not directly involved in violence or horror elements, though her storyline does include some emotionally intense moments around supernatural control, grief and fear.
