Banana Planet film seeks performers for their upcoming short film The Garbage Boi Goes to Space: A Mocu-Musical, written and directed by Simon & Vinson Chan.

In this mockumentary-style musical comedy, a lonely street cleaner accused of a deadly clock tower explosion becomes convinced the only person who can clear his name is in space.

Lead (Male, 25-35): A lonely street cleaner and the main subject of the documentary. Cockney accent, singing and good comedic instincts required. Scatting, dancing and improv would be an asset. Facial hair would be good. Must be available for rehearsal on October 3 and shooting window October 4 – 9, 2026.
