Seeking two female actors with North American accents (preferably from the USA or Canada) who can draw upon personal experiences to enrich these roles. While portraying bronchitis patients is not required, they should have the ability to tap into their own narratives, conveying a natural yet expressive performance that is both subtle and emotionally rich.

She has a North American accent (USA Market) and is Caucasian, late 50s and a little slimmer than she feels she should be.

She has the aura of someone who has spent years managing something difficult without making it everyone else's problem.

That's partly her nature, but also the nature of bronchiectasis; people don't get it. Despite the struggle, she never misses a birthday, doesn't cancel plans, and makes the best pecan pie. When she lands the line Bronchiectasis doesn't define me, it's not defiant or performative, it's a statement of fact.

We need an actor who can be all those things and one more... a little exhausted beneath it all, because the invisibility of bronchiectasis can grind you down.
