Title
Agent Vince Carnahan
Content
A warm yet rugged FBI field agent who has spent a year hunting the serial killer known as “Handsome Jack”. The case is personal: the killer's missing fish victim is Carnahan's niece. He arrives to the small town of Holton, Kentucky with an old-school competence, patience, and surprising humanity, becoming the steady counterweight to Detective Devon Bradley's psychological unraveling. Underneath that steadiness is exhaustion, obsession, and a
moral line he may ultimately cross. We learn that he is investigating this case against the guidance of his superiors, and that his obsession with this case has slowly ruined his life.

The role offers substantial screen time, a complete emotional arc, and a strong two-hander dynamic with the film’s lead (Detective Devon Bradley). Production welcomes experienced regional character actors.
