We're looking for 1 characterful actor to hero our spot for a series of sponsorship idents for a snack brand. This is solely for ITV & STV coverage of EFL & Carabao Cup.

Idents will feature Artist ‘chewing’ there will be animated signs like arrows etc added in post-production over face (as in football tactical moves). The voice over is pundit style commentary. Must be over 25 years and happy eating the product (Meat).

Travel is provided to/from the shoot within the M25.

A relatable everyman, with good-humoured blokey energy. The kind of guy you love sitting next to in the pub when the game’s on.

Visually - the audience shouldn’t be turned off watching them chew but let’s avoid model good looks, and instead look for distinctive facial features, such as unusual eyebrows, an interesting chin or striking facial hair. Big eyes are always a plus.

Performance - we are looking for someone with fine control of their face. For instance, being able to neatly switch from chewing on one side of their mouth to the other, with the difference reading clearly on camera. These movements can and should be exaggerated, but not too much - so the ideal actor will have the ability to dial up and down the scale of their expressions on camera. Someone who can amplify moments of excitement without feeling over-performed.
