We are casting a large team of exceptional festive performers for a high-quality, immersive Christmas experience at Gower Fresh Christmas Tree Farm, delivered in collaboration with Roly Poly Events. This will be a magical, character-led experience for families, combining warmth, humour, storytelling and festive atmosphere in a beautiful Christmas tree farm setting.

This is not a standard grotto. We are creating a high-quality immersive festive world where every interaction matters. Performers will be part of a carefully crafted experience designed to feel magical, premium and memorable from arrival to goodbye. We are looking for performers who are reliable, generous in the room, brilliant with children, and able to work as part of a professional festive ensemble.

Warm, charismatic and highly believable Mrs Claus performers with exceptional family interaction skills. We are looking for performers who can create genuinely magical moments, respond naturally to children, and deliver a premium Christmas experience with warmth, authenticity, humour and heart.

Mrs Claus performers must be confident with:
One-to-one family interaction
Improvisation
Storytelling and festive character interaction
Working with children of all ages
Maintaining character throughout the experience
Creating calm, memorable and magical encounters
Supporting shy or nervous children with warmth and reassurance
Bringing festive energy, kindness and festive spirit to every interaction

Mrs Claus performers should feel nurturing, playful, quick-thinking and naturally engaging, helping to create a seamless, premium festive experience alongside Santa.

Salary

ITC rates minimum - £140 per day based on full day and half day rates. There will also be additional payment for premium roles in the experience.
