Big Ben Theatre is on the lookout for native French and Spanish-speaking performers to join our team of actor-facilitators for educational theatre tours across the UK.
Our productions aim to enhance language learning in schools by combining professional theatre with interactive audience participation and educational workshops. Performers may be called upon for individual performances, short tours, workshops, or extended touring engagements throughout the year.
We are particularly keen to hear from actors who excel in engaging with young audiences, possess strong improvisation skills, and are passionate about making language learning accessible and enjoyable for students. While experience in education, facilitation, or outreach is a plus, it is not mandatory.
This isn't a call for a specific production; rather, we wish to build long-term partnerships with talented performers who may be invited to participate in various French and Spanish-language projects as our touring programme evolves. - Dates
- Rehearsals in early September. Performances ongoing across the year and across the country.
