Man; 18 to 25 years old; all ethnicities. Awkward, sensitive, sexually confused teenager recovering from a mysterious bicycle accident and possible head trauma. Quiet, anxious, and emotionally vulnerable, Clay spends the story trying to piece together disturbing clues while navigating humiliation, grief, and his strained relationship with his father. Requires an Actor capable of subtle psychological deterioration with great comedic timing. LOOK: Thin, pale, awkwardly handsome in an unpolished way. Slightly underfed appearance with messy hair, tired eyes, and the posture of someone trying to disappear in a room. Feels physically adolescent despite being legally an adult. INTIMACY: Clay has masturbation scenes with partial nudity (in underwear only, staged without visible genital nudity) while experimenting with women's underwear. There are sexual discussions and suggestive situations. Clay also has a make-out scene with Rayhan, and romantic contact with Lacey. Robe and dressing room will be provided. Closed Set during any nudity scenes. There will be an Intimacy Coordinator on set.
