Project Synopsis
This is a short scripted digital video. The tone is contemporary, grounded, warm, and natural. We are looking for believable, real-feeling performers who can bring honesty and subtlety to a workplace-conversation. This is not broad comedy or overly polished corporate acting. The project will be filmed in Vancouver / downtown in an office setting.
Additional Information & Safety Protocols:
This is a paid, non-union production. Filming will take place in Vancouver / downtown in an office environment. No stunts, intimacy, weapons, or hazardous work are expected. Standard set safety practices will be followed. Talent may be asked to perform light workplace-style actions such as sitting at a desk, entering/exiting a room, holding a conversation, using a laptop, drinking coffee, or participating in background office activity. Wardrobe direction will be provided to selected talent. Please note any accessibility needs, scheduling limitations, or relevant considerations in your submission.

Professional, thoughtful, and relatable. He begins with mild skepticism shaped by older ideas, but is never dismissive or arrogant. He should feel like a good parent, not a strawman. The performance needs to show a subtle shift from curiosity to genuine reconsideration. Strong understated screen presence and natural conversational instincts required. Bilingual (French) is an asset but not required.
