This is a really exciting project being developed both as a feature film and a vertical series, with strong cinematic crossover potential in mind. Unlike traditional vertical content, the project will be shot both vertically and horizontally, allowing it to exist not only on-platform, but also within the independent film and festival space as well.

The creative vision leans more toward elevated indie character dramas than conventional mobile-first storytelling, with a strong focus on performance and emotionally grounded filmmaking.

Synopsis: An impassioned director finally steps onto the set of her first feature, shooting at a large estate in the English countryside. As she navigates the pressures of production, her own self-destructive tendencies begin to surface. When close quarters, emotional entanglements, and revelations about her past threaten to unravel the project, she’s forced to confront why she’s making this film — and what she’s willing to sacrifice to finish it.

A first-time Production Assistant thrown headfirst into the overwhelming machinery of an indie film set. Eager, anxious, constantly overstimulated. She spends most days scrambling to keep up with impossible demands while quietly trying not to embarrass herself. Beneath her awkwardness is someone observant and emotionally sensitive, absorbing the dysfunction around her like a sponge.

As the production descends further into chaos, the PA becomes an accidental witness to the crew’s secrets, affairs, and breakdowns — offering a grounded perspective on an industry that feels both intoxicating and deeply unstable.

Shoshanna Shapiro- Girls- Nervous, overstimulated energy while often being more emotionally aware than peoplere realize.

Betty suarez - Ugly betty - Young and eager but slowly confronted with the emotional reality of adult working life. Slowly gains competence as the film goes on

Salary

£250 per day. Travel is not covered. Lunch is provided on shooting days.
