CHAIRMAN is a feature film, to be directed by Edem Kelman, his debut feature backed by Film4 and BFI. Good Chaos is producing (Triangle of Sadness). It follows a man named Duke, a lonely dreamer in London, as he begins to discover his true purpose: as a fixer for fellow undocumented Africans, bringing them to the UK and starting to build community.

But as his ambition grows, so do the risks, endangering not only his own dreams, but the fragile lives of those who rely on him.
