Casting call for "Exit Interview," a 16 mm film project. This is an intense narrative featuring two characters, delving into themes of grief, complicity, and the dangers of prioritizing systems over human connections.
Synopsis: An End-of-Life Consultant arrives at a modest apartment, hurried yet composed, with a well-practiced smile. Their goal: conduct a standard "Exit Interview." Initially focused on the procedural aspects, the Consultant delivers a smooth sales pitch to a bereaved brother. However, as they peel back the layers of corporate language, the Consultant's professional façade begins to crumble. Faced with the grim truth beneath the formalities, they realize a chilling reality—they have inadvertently become an accomplice to murder by merely adhering to the procedure.

Sincere, professional, emotionally repressed.
A true believer by default - faithful to the system because it has never occurred to them to question it.
They have learned to perform authority without possessing it. Confidence is borrowed from repetition. A quiet pride in the work, though they couldn't say why.
They arrive composed. Midway through, something catches their eye, and the edges begin to show. The role demands someone who can carry composure and guilt simultaneously.
Their danger is not malice but negligence - they did not do anything wrong. They followed the process. And that is exactly the problem.
A two-hander built on subtext, with a power dynamic that inverts completely. The Consultant begins with all the authority and ends with none. We need an actor who listens as actively as they perform, whose unravelling feels earned, not announced. - Salary
- £170 / day Estimated 2 days of work Total: £340 Travel Expenses can be covered
