Barefoot in the Park by Neil Simon follows Paul and Corie Bratter, a pair of newlyweds moving into their first apartment in 1960s Greenwich Village. The honeymoon phase is quickly tested by a tiny, top-floor walk-up with no heat, a hole in the skylight, and a cast of eccentric neighbours. As Paul’s straight-laced legal mind clashes with Corie’s spontaneous, free-spirited nature, the couple must navigate their first major marital spat and decide if they can truly walk "barefoot in the park" together.
