A wily fox. Mr Tod is manipulative, opportunist and always several steps ahead - at least he thinks he is. He delights in schemes and carries himself with a certain roguish elegance, masking his more dangerous instincts. His voice is silly and persuasive, capable of switching from charm to menace in an instance.
