We are looking for individuals or families who are buying their first home to participate in a lifestyle-focused home makeover video.

Participants, whether single, in a couple, or part of a family, will have the opportunity to revamp a room using interior paint and decorative tiles. You will actively engage in the DIY process, collaborating with paint and tiles to bring about the transformation.

The project will document the process from beginning to end to inspire and motivate viewers with its approachability and appeal. To enhance the experience, a well-known celebrity figure will be present to provide creative guidance and encouragement, without taking on a traditional tradesperson role.

Note: Must be located within the M25 and available during July and August to do DIY work and film. Although the main filming will take place over 1 shoot day, contributors will also be required to complete some DIY in advance and capture this process via self‑shot UGC over the course of a couple of weeks.

The project will follow the DIY refresh of any room, captured through a clear before‑during‑after journey, with contributors appearing on camera throughout. Participants will be hands‑on in the transformation, confidently carrying out painting and decorative tiling, and sharing genuine, natural reactions as the space evolves while talking about their experience of improving their first home. Contributors must also be comfortable capturing self‑shot UGC, filming informal, behind‑the‑scenes moments on their phone to complement the main production footage. Throughout the process, contributors will engage with a recognisable, celebrity‑like figure who offers inspiration and encouragement rather than technical instruction.
