This commercial is for a major subscription-based meal kit service that delivers fresh ingredients and recipes directly to customers' doors.

We’re looking for a cast of larger-than-life characters to play our "HelloFresh ingredients", each with a distinct personality and a mission to make family dinnertime more memorable.

The cast should feel eclectic – a mix of the everyday and the unexpected, the bold and the understated.

Each character has their own distinct personality, but also a magic chemistry when they come together as an ensemble.

We are casting for:

Six food ingredient characters (these will be actors costumed as the various ingredients)
One hero family - Mum, Dad, Girl and Boy (aged 12-14)

***SHOOTING IN NORTH-EAST ENGLAND***

CASTING PROCESS:

- Casting from showreels and headshots
- For the Ingredients Characters:
We will be requesting self-tapes from selected submissions

- For the Family:
We will be initially casting from headshots / photos and we will request self-tapes once we have a shortlist from the client.

Sweet, gets on with everyone and loves a bit of juicy gossip.

Warm, energetic, and naturally likeable.

She’s the social glue of the group, someone who lights up when talking to people.

Great with ensemble work and reactive comedy.

Expressive and open-faced.

We’re looking for six expressive personalties who can bring larger-than-life characters to life in costume.

Experience in theatre or performing arts would be preferred. Trained, reactive and comfortable in absurd circumstances!

Humour is the heartbeat of this campaign and talent should be relatable, quirky, and genuinely funny and not too try-hard.

No two characters are the same, and the ensemble should reflect that range.

We want to relect a range of backgrounds, ethnicities, and UK accents across the ensemble of ingredients.

IMPORTANT: All candidates must be of medium build and average height due to the nature of the costumes being pre-made:

Female: Height 5'6" - 5'8" / Dress size 10-12 (Medium)
