This is a charity commercial for a Cancer Support Charity to advertise the annual Charity Coffee Morning.
The film celebrates every day people coming together to raise what they can for a genuinely meaningful cause. It should feel uplifting inclusive and full of warmth – a rallying cry for small actions that, together, can create real change.
For this film, we are looking for energy, warmth and natural chemistry over polished performance.
Traditional acting experience matters far less than attitude, presence and emotional openness on camera.
We want faces, relationships and little behaviours that feel instantly believable - people who look like they really know each other, and who bring a sense of openness, humour and ease into the frame.
Coffee Morning is open to everyone, and the casting should reflect that. A broad mix of ages, ethnicities, backgrounds and socio-economic worlds.
The performances should feel spontaneous and uncontrived. Natural and subtle, with warmth carried through glances, laughter, overlap, hugs and quiet acts of generosity rather than anything pushed or overplayed.

She is the kind of person who sends a voice note instead of a text, has three plans on the go at once, and somehow thrives on a bit of chaos.
She works in the salon, so conversation, humour and constant movement are second nature to her.
She should feel like someone who brings energy wherever she goes, and who is motivated by the buzz of getting people together.
