We are making an ad with the charity Smartphone Free Childhood. It supports their campaign to raise the social media age to sixteen.
The UK government is currently consulting on children and social media and this film will launch as that consultation closes.
The concept has now been approved by Smartphone Free. It is set in a 90s video shop and shows the absurdity of what algorithms recommend to children online. It's a really clever concept, and the film should have a profound impact on audiences.
It is a charity project, so great if the people involved are interested in the cause. The damage that these platforms and their algorithms are doing to children is becoming impossible to ignore.
- Need to be based within the M25
-£100 daily fee, also including online and possible UK Cinema, for 1 yr. Sorry its charity but a really good cause.
- Chaperone @ £50
